Experience the exhilarating 2-Day Tanzania Budget Safari, tailored for small groups of 6-7, ensuring everyone enjoys a window seat and access to the jeep’s pop-up roof. This adventure showcases the renowned Ngorongoro Crater, acclaimed as Tanzania’s premier wildlife sanctuary. Its breathtaking landscape facilitates easy wildlife sightings. Next, delve into Tarangire, known as the “home of elephants,” boasting an abundance of these majestic creatures. Prepare to encounter a plethora of wildlife including lions, leopards, cheetahs, zebras, giraffes, wildebeests, warthogs, pythons, ostriches, vultures, monkeys, and baboons.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
We’ll commence your adventure by picking you up from your hotel. Once acquainted with your guide and chef, we’ll embark on a scenic 2-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. This park is renowned for its diverse landscape, featuring ancient Baobab trees and boasting the largest concentration of elephants in Tanzania. Prepare for unique opportunities to observe these magnificent creatures and witness the fascinating dynamics within elephant families.
Our journey will include a captivating game drive through the park, prioritizing areas with reported animal sightings. Keep your eyes peeled for elusive predators such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards, while also enjoying sightings of abundant herbivores like giraffes, wildebeests, and zebras.
For a delightful lunch break, we’ll visit the picturesque Tarangire River picnic site. While enjoying our meal, be entertained by the antics of playful monkeys and baboons, who may attempt to share in your lunchtime experience – no need for concern, they’re just curious!
After lunch, our adventure continues with another exhilarating game drive, culminating in our departure from the park around 4:30 pm.
Following our tour, we’ll journey to our accommodation in Mto Wa Mbu, where a comfortable campsite awaits.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
Renowned as the premier wildlife park in Tanzania, the Ngorongoro Crater owes its reputation to its stunning landscape and unparalleled wildlife viewing opportunities.
Following an early breakfast, our journey begins with a visit to the Ngorongoro viewpoint, offering an awe-inspiring panorama that will leave you spellbound. Take a moment to absorb the breathtaking scenery before descending into the crater itself.
Our quest within the crater is to seek out the elusive black rhinos, known for their rarity and the challenge they pose to wildlife enthusiasts. While these magnificent creatures may prove elusive, the crater’s unique topography ensures that most other wildlife is easily observable.
The Ngorongoro Crater stands out as Tanzania’s highlight park, not only for its scenic beauty but also for its abundant wildlife population. The crater’s self-sustaining ecosystem means that its inhabitants, including lions, elephants, and countless other species, rarely migrate beyond its confines.
In the evening we well head back to Arusha. End of the Tour
